Strategy & Planning Manager, Transport for London

Richard is a Strategy and Planning Manager in Transport for London’s City Planning department. He has over 25 years experience in transport and land-use planning, in the public and private sectors. During the 19 years of working in London, for TfL and the Greater London Authority, Richard has contributed to two revisions of the London Plan and three Mayoral Transport Strategies, worked on delivering the Congestion Charge and the Low Emission Zone, and developed transport strategies for major growth areas.
