In the last 3 years we have rebuilt our eCommerce Technologies to increase speed of online ordering for technical products for our B2C / B2B customers and decrease the amount of time required of customers by interacting with orders made in our shops in all steps of the customer journey. As the next step we launched the possibility of connected devices to make orders happen automatically via our IoT platform. We also developed our own search engine for our over 5 million products to make sure that customers can find quickly what they are looking for and we also increased the amount of targeted information which we are offering to our customers in each step of their online journey to make sure that we maximize the efficiency of purchasing and interacting with our products.
