Jon Nicholson has worked in the Parcels Delivery sector for over 25 years. He began his career sweeping the floor at TNT Express going on to hold leadership roles in Operations, Depot Management, Sameday, International Specialist Services and Sales. Following that, Jon led City Link’s International business unit, and subsequently joined Royal Mail to head up its Parcels Products team. Jon is currently the MD for Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience for Royal Mail and Parcelforce, leading a team of over 2000 people looking after Royal Mail’s and Parcelforce’s huge and varying customer base.
